GENERAL INFORMATION

• My strengths are adult male/female characters, children, and designs ranging from simple to moderately detailed.
• Characters, poses, hands, accessories, weapons, or highly complex designs may require an additional fee depending on complexity, or may be declined if they are beyond my current skill level.
• Additional character +80% (only bust up)
• I reserve the right to decline requests that do not suit my style, strengths, or current abilities.
• I only provide simple backgrounds, such as flat colors, gradients, textures, or light decorative elements.
• More complex backgrounds or additional details outside the default scope may require an extra fee. Any additional fees will be discussed before I begin.
• I do not accept rush commissions. The usual turnaround time is around 3–5 weeks, though it may be shorter depending on the complexity of the commission.

WORK FLOW

brief → sketch → base color → render → final• Once the brief is finalized and the first payment has been received, I will begin the sketch.
• I will send previews at important stages so you can review the progress and provide feedback.
• Once the sketch is approved, I will move on to base colors.
• Once the base colors are approved and the remaining payment has been completed, I will continue with rendering and finalization.
• I will provide progress updates throughout the commission process.
• If anything occurs that may affect the completion time, I will let you know as soon as possible.

REFERENCE & BRIEF

• Please provide clear visual references whenever possible, including the character, outfit, colors, accessories, expression, pose, and desired vibe/mood.
• I currently do not accept commissions based entirely on written descriptions.
• References do not need to be beautifully formatted, but they should be clear enough for me to understand your request.
• If your references or brief are incomplete, I may ask for additional information before accepting the commission.
• Once I have started drawing, you may not change to an entirely different character, outfit, concept, pose, or brief.
• Major changes from the original brief may be declined or require an additional fee.

PAYMENT

• Payment is made via bank transfer.
• A 50% deposit is required after the brief is finalized and before I begin the sketch.
• The remaining 50% must be paid after the base colors are approved and before I continue with the final rendering.
• The final high-resolution, unwatermarked file will only be delivered after the commission has been fully paid.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design, accessories, and specific requirements.
• Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before I begin.
• Please complete payment within 48 hours after receiving the payment information.
• If payment is not received within that time and there has been no prior communication, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and offer the slot to another client.

REVISION

• You receive up to 2 free revision rounds during the sketch stage and 2 free revision rounds during the base color stage.
• Each revision round may include multiple requested changes and will still count as one round.
• Please gather all requested changes into one message whenever possible to avoid unnecessary revision rounds.
• Mistakes on my part, such as drawing something incorrectly compared to the provided reference or previously agreed details, will not count toward your revision limit.
• Once the sketch has been approved, I will not accept major changes to the pose, composition, outfit, character, or concept.
• During the rendering stage, I only accept minor adjustments such as color corrections, small details, or elements that do not match the reference.
• Requests beyond the free revision limit or major changes from the original brief may be declined or charged an additional fee.
• Any additional revision fees will be discussed before the changes are made.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If the client cancels• The deposit is used to reserve your slot and is non-refundable.
• If the commission has already been fully paid, completed payments are also non-refundable.
• No response for more than 14 days may be considered a cancellation of the commission.
• WIPs may not be used or given to another artist to complete.If I cancel the commission• If I am unable to continue the commission, I will provide a 100% refund of the amount paid.

USAGE RIGHTS

• The base commission price includes personal use only.
• Commercial use, including merchandise, advertising, business use, etc., must be discussed beforehand and will require an additional fee.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, heavily edit the artwork, or use it for AI training.
• I retain the copyright to the artwork and reserve the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media.
• Private commissions: +20% of the commission price.
